Dried marine life (read "fish") on the shore of the Salton Sea in the southern California desert about an hour south of Palm Springs.
A Hasselblad Tech brought the new digital back (60 megapixel) and camera to Virginia Beach from somewhere in Europe or Dubai and we shot the product announcement images with a crew of 8, including behind the scenes video, underwater behind the scenes, above water time-lapse and the main images. We were online with the ad agency in Copenhagen, Denmark to resolve any burning questions.... like do mermaids have belly buttons?
