I saw the longhorn steer head on the wall of some friend's home during a dinner party. It was screaming "picture!" and they let me borrow it. Another friend has horses and she loaned me her chaps, some giant spurs and boots. My assistant Christina is the model. We were doing some other "cowgirl" images and somehow "urban" seemed fitting for this one.
