Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the quiet serene "Salt Grove, a "cottage" on a peninsula of its own near Cheriton and Cape Charles on the Eastern Shore of Virgina. Exactly one hour drive time from the Virginia Beach North End via the 52-year-old 17.6-mile-long Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel (CBBT).

Lakeside reflecting pool in a pool
Yesterday, was working on a set that is dark and wet with Ferris Hollinger.
This, like most things I'm shooting lately, is with the Hasselblad H5D-50c. The files are incredible. Was hoping to fly it on the DJI M600 Ronin MX but hopes mostly dashed with yesterday's Hasselblad announcement of an A5D dedicated to M600 aerials. -- with Ferris Hollinger.

Indoor Behind the Scenes Flight
DJI Inspire 1 Pro Version 2 with X5 gimbal/camera with 15mm DJI lens. Also, did aerials with the DJI Matrice 600 you can see on the table (bottom right) with X5R (RAW video) gimbal/camera with 12mm Olympus lens. Note: it is very difficult flying surrounded by some much iron in the floor, racks and ceiling. There is no GPS signal and the iron confuses the positioning awareness of the drone.

New Lionfish
Buddy Curtis Boggs and his new spouse Marina were here last night to drop off this prop Lionfish. They bought it on their honeymoon in Key West last week. Thanks guys. We got wet today. The weather was perfect; darkish and rainy without lightning.
